I would highly recommend Simon, we have used his company now three times since 2018 and each time he has responded very promptly, honestly & thoroughly and resolved each issue we’ve had. He’s gone the extra mile often like bringing newly cut spare keys back with an hour and this time coming out to help us within minutes of our phonecall. We also trust his appraisal of the problem and his prices have been very fair. We are very satisfied with Legend Locksmiths job! We needed to change locks on two doors and align the doors to make sure the wind does not come in, as it was quite cold in the winter. I met Simon accidently when he came to do some jobs for our neighbours. Simon is a very approachable, patient and friendly person. He came in and took his time to explain what could be done, providing us with a few solutions and fair and honest quote, opposite to other locksmiths who tried to charge us for things that would not have solved our problem but would have added to the bill! After getting locked out of my flat last week I was advised by a family member to contact Simon, at Legend Locksmiths. Understanding how urgent the situation was, Simon kindly put other things on hold to help me out. He was on site very quickly and was able to open my front door within five minutes of his arrival. His fee for this work was extremely competitive, other emergency locksmiths would have probably charged me 3 to 4 times as much.
