Nick was great throughout and provided a really professional service. He went out of his way to source a part that he didn't stock so he could fix my broken ignition cylinder, and had all this sorted for me within a couple of days. His colleague was also very polite and helpful. Top notch service, and I would happily use Concept Car Locks again if I ever have a similar issue!

My boyfriend and I found ourselves locked out of our car with the keys in the ignition and a long drive ahead of us! Nick from Concept was with us within 15 minutes of us making the call. 15 minutes later we were in our car! Amazing service! He was fast, friendly, managed to keep us calm and with no damage to the car. Best service ever.

Really lovely bloke, encouraged us to wait a few days to continue looking for the keys we lost - when we still couldn't find them, he got to us ASAP to do some replacement keys without the original. Worked on site for a few hours and he did us a pair of keys so we had a spare just in case. Very friendly, easy to contact and the best quote for what we needed across several companies in Worthing. Definitely recommend ✌

Called early hours of a Sunday morning after loosing car keys on a night out, he came the next morning straight to the vehicle and resolved the issue by the afternoon. Amazing service, and can not thank them enough! They worked through the freezing cold and at last minute notice. Could not recommend enough

Rang Nick, arrange to come to my property to get my keys cut and sorted whilst I was at work the next day. Being a health care professional, I needed to be back on the road ASAP!
