Lock Stock & Barrel

Spent 2 weeks trying to get a key cut here. Kept being told it was fine and to pop on down to the shop. Only to find the shop was shut. Happened 5 or 6 times. What a mug I am to keep walking down. If you're too busy just tell me and I'll go elsewhere...

Dorian replaced two locks for me on the hottest day of the year, and also made an extra trip just to fit some escutcheons on the fronts as well. Very pleased with his prompt and efficient service - and he suggested an alternative that would work with the unusually thin doors in my house. His advice was spot on, and we had some good chats in the process as well. Definitely recommended !
