Amazing fast and efficient service. Joel arrived within 2 hours of me contacting Holdfast. His service was 100% professional and polite. The lock was replaced with no fuss nor mess. Joel took the time to explain how the new lock worked and provided great advice for getting replacement keys. The cost was good value. Happy to recommend.

Great experience…As I broke my car key they cut the new one at very reasonable price. Almost 1/3 compared to others. Staff is also very friendly. 😊😊

Phoned re 24/ 7 service about an outside door that wouldn't lock and they said they couldn't come for several days! Answered the call politely but not available and could not help with a solution!

Great service here. Been once to get a replacement key cut and coded for a Skoda. Good value and significantly less expensive than anywhere else I found. Thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutley outstanding service, called around 15.00 as my grandparents had locked them selves out. The guy on the phone was really nice and efficient gave an approximate eta which was spot on aswell as a quote which is always handy. Jordan arrived within 30 minutes and basically cracked it within 2 minutes what a legend! Such a nice guy and card payment taken on site. Fantastic service provided by Holdfast, from the first phone call to the completion of the job by Chris. I randomly chose Holdfast from the internet, having never used a locksmith before, and they were brilliant. My front door was jammed shut and Holdfast came the same afternoon at a time to suit me.
