Parade Locks

Contacted Damon with regards to changing 2 locks and he came within 15 minutes. Brilliant service and being Landlords will definitely use Parade Locks again. Such a nice guy as well.

Can not fault the service I received. From calling and explaining my situation. I was given a time frame of 20 mins and they arrived before that time frame. I showed him the issue and he got straight to work. He was friendly and professional and even had time to interact with my children and allowed them to ask question. Not only did he change the part required, He also adjusted things that was need to make it work properly and better. He allowed my eldest to try it out as well before he left to make sure she was ok and able to access what she need. Very friendly and explained everything clearly. Which helped put my children mind at rest as they was worried.
