This was the first time we've called on Steve for help but it won't be the last! He did an excellent job and was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Very reasonable all-in price, which included opening a patio door with a broken lock unit, supply and fitting of a new lock unit and realigning the door. All parts and work came with a 12 month warranty. Excellent service. Thank you!

I called this company this morning early on and they were able to give me a time. Very informative on the telephone about what I could expect price wise. Turned up bang on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts on the van to fix my door. He fully re aligned my door locks and frame too. Would completely recommend and have reassurance of a 12 month warranty too. Thanks very much

Amazing service. Called up this morning and was here just a couple hours after. After spending a good hour re adjusting the door to align back up and fixing the bolt was back up and running again and house secure. Lovely friendly bloke who was very understanding of my protective dachshund yapping the whole time. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will use the services again when needed.

My conservatory lock jammed shut - called A1 Locksmith, answered straight away and they were with me within a couple of hours. They were able to fix the door, all the parts needed were on his van. Great service, very tidy and a fair price - I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with the service we recieved this morning! Couldn't get in or out of our front door but it wasn't locked either! Called A1 Locksmith and sent the details at 9:25 and Steve was here within 5/10 minutes with the job all fixed and finished by 9:55 and at a very reasonable price! I was extremely impressed with my experience using A1 locksmiths today. The lady who I spoke to via the office telephone was extremely helpful and informative. I was called back within less than 5 minutes by Steve who informed me he would come straight to me as soon as possible. Steve managed to gain access to my property within less than 5 minutes he was very professional and friendly aswell as being extremely skilled in his profession.
