Malcom responded to my online enquiry quickly - calling the next day. He quoted over the phone and came out the next day to change the locks on my door. Malcom was very friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend!

Considering I was having a horrendous day, I was an emotional wreck & I got locked out of my house, Malcolm actually somehow made me feel better! He came to the house so quick and sorted my problem super fast, all whilst being smiley & helpful. Highly recommended.

Unbelievably quick and friendly service! I've locked myself out a couple of times which says a lot about me but Malcom has always got me back in as soon as he can and even gave me a lift to the train station so I didn't miss my train. Would give more than 5 starts if I could. Highly recommend his service!

Malcolm promptly attended to assess our broken lock and ordered the spare part while he was here. Once it arrived a day or so later Malcolm went out of his way to squeeze us into his busy schedule so that he could fit the new lock. He is very thorough and does an excellent job. I would highly recommend him
