I was very impressed with the service I received from Andy at AGW Locksmiths. He was a very friendly and pleasant man who went above and beyond to sort my faulty living room door out. He was extremely efficient and had the door sorted in no time. I would highly recommend! Also, if you are worried about having any work done during COVID, he was professional and wore a mask throughout maintaining the current guidelines. Thanks again! Very happy customer!

Very good service from start to finish. From a fairly vague email enquiry, the business responded quickly, courteously and with a good level of detail (estimated costs given even before they'd seen the door!).

Prompt visit, to check the fault. Then back a couple of days later to repair at the cost advised.

All tradespeople should be like this. Quick, efficient, competitive, and polite.

Contacted Andy this morning as our keys were getting stuck in the lock and I’m due to give birth any day so did not want to be getting locked in the house! He came out within the hour and changed the barrel as well as providing 5 new keys, this only took him around 10 minutes or so. Would 100% recommend Andy, really reliable and also reasonable. This firm came up more than any other and all were really positive.
And they were not wrong.
He came out immediately to do an emergency repair before ordering the parts needed for the job.
He fixed the problems on both our external doors quickly and professionally.
He even had a look at our patio door and fixed that in the day.
He was helpful, informative and friendly.
