Fantastic service. Came out to fix a door that wouldn't lock - a simple fix but a huge security issue for me. Someone was at my house within an hour of my phone call and price was very reasonable for an emergency call outside of office hours.

Had to call out to help replace a lock that had broken. Arrived quickly. Joe was very good, it wasn’t a straight forward job due to some complications with the type lock, Joe was skilful, considerate of not causing damage and also very helpful advising on the best lock security solutions for me to consider in the future.

I help manage our church hall and, on Saturday morning, discovered that I could not unlock the external gate to gain entry. Panic ensued as it would be only a few hours to our hosting the Messy Church Christmas party! I contacted Paul at Halls and explained the situation who would arrange for the on-call locksmith to ring me once he had finished his current Job. Well, when Bob did call he was already on site and, when I joined him 15 minutes later the gate was open! Within minutes I had arranged for the lock to be taken away for repair or replacement, signed the documentation and was on my way home. The whole process having taken just over 90 minutes. Fantastic service from lovely people and well worth the £120 for the call out. Oh! and the party was a great success. Thanks guys!

Called out this service late one evening when I lost my keys. Responded very quickly and had me back in my house within an hour, for a good price as well.

Got locked out the other week. The lady on the phone was great and arranged for an engineer to come out straight away. Engineer was also friendly and really knowledgeable. He got us in and fixed the lock to prevent it happening again. Thank you so much, great service. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a good locksmith :)
