Great service from 1st Access Locksmiths when the gearbox (apparently doors have them as well as cars!) went on our UPVC patio door. Friendly team both in the shop and at home. Honest, clear and competitive pricing. Included making sure our door hung evenly afterwards. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with my patio door…so called 1st Access…they turned up when they said they would..Liam was great and soon identified the problem and replaced the part and also adjusted the handle on my front door for no extra charge..very professional company…cannot recommend highly enough 😁

My upvc window seized in the closed position and despite many attempts at removing and replacing the handle lock I was unable to
Get it to work. On 1st Sept A.M. I took the lock to the shop where the assistant checked it over and having given the spindle a good knock in assured me that there was no faults discovered. Upon returning home I fitted the handle and found the window to be operating correctly. What good service and at no cost. I had been prepared to have to make a purchase of a replacement lock.
The gentlemen who served me is a credit to the company..good service indeed.
