Was so grateful how quickly this locksmith turned up, within the hour, and the advice offered. There was no pressure to go ahead with any of the recommendations but being a landlord I followed the advice and such a professional job was done. Pictures were sent to document the work and it was all completed straight away. Definitely recommend!!!

Key was rusted in the lock, all strap was worn down and rusted.
Andrew was friendly, efficient and professional. Managed to get all the parts required for an old door within two days (After identifying the issue since the initial reported issue was different).
Quoted us the new price before proceeding and paid without hassle after job was complete.
There is a reason why he is five stars, best service I've received in a while!

My front door main lock had worn out. Andrew was here within 20 minutes, and got to the cause of the problem straight away. A very fair price was quoted and he was back within the hour and a brand new full lock, housing, handles and total door realignment was all done and dusted within a mere couple of hours. I was quite surprised it was done so quickly. Andrew is a really nice guy, you can tell he takes pride in his work, is very respectful of being in someone else's home, explains and breaks down the cost elements... he just hits FIVE STARS in all aspects, saved his number and will keep as my go to guy from now on in. Locked myself out the house at 9 in the morning. Called AP and they gave me a fair price on the phone and were then with me within the hour.

Got me back in the house quickly without having to damage the lock. Job was easier/quicker than expected so price less that quoted on phone which was great.

Called in an emergency, as the lock on our front door broke and he was here within an hour to assess the damage and fitted a new lock and mechanism to our door the same afternoon. Fantastic service thank you.
