I moved into my brand new house 6 weeks ago and the lock on the front door broke 2 days before christmas leaving me a lot of stress. Mr Locks was extremely friendly, polite, helpful and professional and fixed the problem very quickly. I used Mr Locks to replace the locks in my Front & Back door as they both were not working properly and they done an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and represented good value for money. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone else that I know.

Locking mechanism failed on my PVC door. Rang the company and they were at my address within 35 minutes from when i called.
Gained entry to the house within 10 minutes - no damage to the door or frame when gaining entry.
Replaced the multilock mechanism and carried out maintenance on the whole door - it's not worked that well for years; the engineer had all the parts with him on the van. Have managed to talk the wife out of replacing the whole door now!
Prices were good - i wouldn't have been able to buy a replacement multilock mechanism from Screwfix for any less.
Entry, Repair + maintenance took just over an hour; I'd rang at 15:30 and he was gone by 17:15.
Didn't really want to get locked out of my house and have to pay to get back in but under the circumstances i got a great service. Would definitely recommend.

After trying to get a new door handle through my housing developer for 3 months with no joy, they then booked the job through Mr Locks to get the job done quicker. They ordered new door handles on the Tuesday, and they had arrived and were fitted on the Wednesday. Great service and so fast. We would have gone privately through the company ourselves if we’d have known how fast and effective the service was!

Mr Locks quoted me a fixed price for labour and parts, a large assortment of which he carries in his van so less need for more than one visit.
