Fantastic, quick and friendly service was apprehensive calling them out late at night whilst being on my own after snapping the key in my front door. Jon put me at ease and opened my door within minutes ... no damage caused and far cheaper than i was expecting after being quoted silly money by other companies. Brilliant prompt service from JC Locks and Keys, I was told I’d need a whole new door handle and mechanism from another company but Jon came and got it fixed no problem for a fraction of the cost!! I hate ringing people as a general rule and Jon was a legend replying to texts/Facebook messages so I could arrange the work from my desk in work. Cannot recommend enough!

Highly recommended rang Jon to come and change the locks on my new home as they were hard to close & lock, he was here within the hour, locks changed, mechanisms serviced and the doors realigned, now both doors are like they have just been installed. fantastic job thanks again.

I contacted Jon who replied promptly and attended the following day as per my wishes. Jon managed to open a seized lock on my front door. He organised and replaced the gearbox in the mechanism making the lock good again. Jon was professional, punctual and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this company.
