Good accommodation for Bike Park Wales. However looking very tired now. House is grubby in places and is definitely in need of a deep clean (rubbish left from previous occupants in bike container and living room) There is also black mould in various places. Potential to be great.

Bike Park Lodge was perfect for our MTB holiday visiting Bike Park Wales, Cwmcarn and some local trails. This was an entirely male trip of 8 adults of various ages who are all mountain bikers that are used to camping, sleeping in vans and generally spending more time outside riding or in the pub so BPL was perfect for us.
Yes there are marks on the walls, yes the kitchen doesn't have every implement known to man but there is more than enough for you to get by, the sofa's are not the most comfortable but the house was nothing that we didn't expect from the photos and the description. It was however exactly what we needed with enough space for us to be comfortable, excellent bike storage, facilities specifically for MTB, off street parking, everything that the house states it is. The house is close enough for you to ride to BPW if you wish and only a short walk to all the local amenities (Tesco, Lidl, Spoons and various take aways).
We were not disappointed in the house at all as it was exactly as we expected it to be, a place designed for mountain bikers (not family holidays) to securely store kit, get your head down and spend most of your time on your bike.

Arrived home from a weekend at bike park Wales yesterday we had an amazing weekend, four adults and 5 kids. Staying at the lodge was the icing on the cake for us great facilities inc bike wash area, perfect for cleaning up after a really dusty 2 days riding. The house itself was spotless and really well laid out, comfy beds and nice outside seating area, we didn’t realise there were cushions in the lockbox though so sat on the pallets as they were on Friday 😂. Super secure bike storage which is great for piece of mind. We had a great time and would have booked again for this year but it looks pretty full for now. We’ll definitely be back next year though. Ben was really helpful throughout with our booking having to be moved due to COVID. 2 mins drive from bike park it’s perfect.. Get it booked folks you won’t be disappointed..

Brilliant set up for people visiting the area for a biking get away. Couldnt fault it. Has everything you need and more. Will defenitly be booking again.

Excellent place very clean had everything you needed only thing I didn't like was the beds weren't comfortable and not enough pillows

Not what it seems on the website, place has very little kitchen utensils for a self catering place, and place is very tired looking, also in a very poor run down housing estate
