Very lovely. The site is nice .our home was very modern and clean .. spotless. Has everything you need .. lovely welcome pack with essentials.. Children play area safe and clean .. keep them entertained.. Restaurants on site ... expensive if your with a large group.. or family.. Bus 30 0r bus 31 takes you straight to beach .. about 15mins ride .. The water is so clean and the beach 10 out of ten .. All in all we had a comfortable stay .

Most people seem to complain about the cleanliness of the rooms. We saw some bits of dirt and food stains around the rooms as well.
I also saw cleaners working around some other pitches, so they have cleaners. It might be worth having a supervisor to randomly inspect the rooms after cleaning and hold the cleaners more accountable. Once the cleaners know their work could be reviewed, they would do better.
I assume the management has hired enough people to do the job, though. You don't expect top-quality cleaning if the work-to-personnel ratio is excessively high.
If people have paid for a service, make it at least reasonable value for money.
Food is overpriced and not necessarily the best in town.

Amazing caravan , lovely staff. Overall, a lovely destination for a holiday. The caravan was cozy and warm!! The bathroom is a bit small so not enough room. But lovely facilities on the site, and great for kids!! And dog friendly 🐶

Lovely fresh and modern. Just needed a quiet, restful, break and this was just that. The layouts are individual & very well stocked with essential elements the thoughtful touches such as the eco washing up pack very much appreciated. We moved from our first caravan as the noise from the pool generator kept us awake, however some may not notice the humming. The second van was a lovely surprise. It was a completely different layout, just as luxurious inside and in a totally peaceful spot, we slept like babies. Would love to try one of the vans with the copper bath or hot tub on another visit.

Currently staying at Mill Rythe in a burst of blue with hot tub. Caravan is clean and really good. Nice touch of exclusive package which I didn’t know we was getting. Staff are really kind and helpful. Recommend this place 100% they have even just gone through a refurb!

Outstanding !! Accommodation fantastic, with a hot tub ! Immaculately clean on our arrival all staff very welcoming, even had a gift bag waiting for our dog Rafferty, fantastic little touch. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back.

We loved the location on Hayling Island. I read up about the history. The park has obviously had a lot of money spent on it recently and it looks fresh, clean and nice. The bar, restaurant and pool where all clean, fresh and well maintained with lovely staff on hand. It was really easy to book swimming on the app and see food menus Etc. The outside area was also really nice, everything was close together, unfortunately the play area was bit muddy with all the rain so didn't get to play on that. The caravan was spotless and included everything you needed! Kettle, cups, bin bags, towels etc. I really liked the fire as well, lovely and warm coming in from the hot tub! Who doesn't like a hot tub!? The park didn't have any exit signs, we helped a couple out as they were driving around lost. Maybe need some of them. The frosted privacy glass isn't very private and A light outside close to the hot tub would also be handy.

I had never been on a caravan park and I had no idea what to expect. More than greatly surprised by the size of quality of the caravans. They were huge! It was a very cold weekend and heating worked so well that after 15 minutes we had to turn them off. Huge club house with a superb screen where we watched a world cup match
