I was told I would be there for 4-6 weeks but still there after 11 months. A family unit that houses major drug addicts that leave needles in wash rooms. Not fit for any family.

Staff are good and listen well to your needs and problems but their not very quick with resolving issues. It seems well led but communication can be an issue.

Disgusting, vile place, it's filthy dirty, and not managed well in the slightest, people walk around doing whatever they want whilst shouting and and drinking in the middle of the night and it last all night long, whilst staff members ignore it all.
The worst part is, there is obvious drug dealing taking place on the grounds and certain members of staff turn a blind eye to it,,,I don't care what anyone says, but kids ARE NOT SAFE THERE.

Other residents make this place livable and it's better than being on the streets! You will get a minority of people causing trouble wherever you go

Wasn’t able to work so got evicted from my home. They tried to move me in here and charge me £910 a month which is double the amount of the rent I couldn’t afford at my own home.

Not the staff's fault that some people probably shouldn't be stealing oxygen anymore

I was in Agnew from Nov 2021 - April 2022, before moving onto another local hostel.

Agnew is ultimately What you make of it....
If you abide rules, keep clean & don't cause issues with Staff or other residents, there is no reason for your experience to be bad....

In fairness - If you're in Agnew, you should try to consider that you really are blessed more than some.... Like those on the streets, or those without support/advice for moving on....

"Nothing is permanent - Whether its your position or even your pains...... So...
Now it's seen different - Weather the storm and look for your Gains.... 💜❤️

Having to pay to live here is unjust. £60 a month just on electric is ridiculous. Its clinical, and invasion of privacy.
