Sarah and Neil are exceptional nice hosts. Neil was always available via text to help with all our questions.
The cottage is very cosy and provided towels and bedlinen. It was clean and very peaceful. The garden was full of exquisite artwork, which made it a joy to be outside, even when we did not travel anywhere. We will definitely try to come back.

We hired a cottage to celebrate my mum's 70th and we had a wonderful time. All of the rooms are comfortably decorated and have enough seating for the whole group. We especially loved having two sitting rooms and the kitchen to hang out in. We had three children with us and the cottage had thoughtful touches like a non slip bath mat and step so they could use the sink. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The welcome baskets were my favorite personal touch 😊 Gorgeous country location. Lovely stroll to the local Woodmancote Pub for delicious food.

The house is by far the best holiday let that we’ve stayed in. Ideally situated within walking distance to the city centre and also easy access to the A27 making it fantastic to drive to the coast. It has been lovingly restored into a beautiful, well-thought out and comfortable place to stay. The beds were so comfortable, the house light and airy to add to that truly relaxing mini-break feel.

Wonderful place:Spacious, very well equipped and lovingly decorated rooms. Nice beds, cool rooms on hot days (fell in love with the shutters!). Very light, windows everywhere. All one could wish for is present. Even perfect reading lights. Close to highway thus ideally located to make day trips and there’s easy on-foot access to large and small stores. Yet super quiet and tranquil place both during day and nighttime. Only sounds of birds.

We stayed at Brewery Cottage for a week for Goodwood Festival of Speed. The cottage was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, being in the centre of Chichester. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic location with great views from the bright and airy rooms. It would benefit from a Welcome Pack we couldn't light the gas fire in the lounge and the maintenance man had to come out to assist. We also ran out of hot water and we had to find out how to switch on the boost. Lots of facilities and large comfortable rooms but only one proper shower. The location is great and there are many places to eat within a few miles.
Recommended at any time of the year but maybe not for young children!
