Well equipped 2 bedroom flat good shower comfortable beds! Quite extensive £120 + a night depending on time of year! Permit parking only outside during the day you are OK after 4pm till 8am,

The apartment itself was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, I accidentally left some money there when I left. I quickly called them and was fobbed off by a disinterested member of staff who did absolutely nothing to help and clearly just wanted me off the phone. What should have been a relatively simple matter was brushed aside rudely, leaving me out of pocket. While the apartment was of a good quality, I couldn't possibly recommend them after this service.

The place was nicely decorated and very homely. The kitchen already included the utensils and the beds were nicely made upon arrival. A lot of essential basics were missing. First of all there was no way to have a decent shower, as the boiler seemed to be broken and the hot water was as not available. Secondly, there was no sufficient toilet paper for the amount of guests and duration of the stay. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable either. Especially the bunk bed. There was extremely bad wifi connection in the apartment. Most of the time the wifi did not work and when it did, the connection was extremely poor. Sadly the area around the apartment was very noisy as well. Not only that, parking was a horrendous task to deal with. The staff were unable to point us towards decent parking opportunities around the area.

So I booked this for a few guys at work who were away doing work for a week in Cheltenham. This is the response I got the night they checked in: "has a tiny fridge, no fans, beds and sofas are horrendous and have stains everywhere,blood stains on the stairs,no parking etc." Sound horrendous and certainly not worth the money we spent!
