Beautiful setting: wonderful walks, scenery and immaculate kept grounds. The walk down to the town is very steep and daunting a daunting thought for the walk back; you need to be fit. But the nature trails are beautiful...enjoy.

Was here for a day conference/workshop. Overall it was a pleasant day with friendly staff who were more than happy to accommodate our requests. The lunch was really nice and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Lovely views of the surrounding area, it's a place apart from Hemel Hempstead just around the corner. Some of the conference rooms could do with modernising but on balance a good place to go.

Beautiful clean place and the food was delicious. Attended a course on Transforming Conflict 1, which was taught by Bridge Builder's Ministries. I highly recommend this course to anyone.

There’s a great Christian Bible camp for young people held here every year. Such a blessing

Amazing place so sad that the power that be are too short sighted and have decided to sell it.... what a loss for a quick injection of money that will be lost..

WHOAH I just looked at all the reviews and they are so off! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I was here for 2 nights maybe a year or 2 ago and the rooms are very dirty! Me and my friend were sleeping in my room and because i move in my sleep i got put in a mattress my friend got really sad because he wanted to sleep near the big window, but you cant even see the outside from your bed, thats besides the point, I found a big red spider looking thing! Not only that! I found a dead fly on my friends windowsill! Do not recommend coming here, this place should get an inspector! The only kind if good thing this place had, was dinner, but it was actually just some deep fried potatoes in a cub shape. I should give this 0 stars, but google lets me put only one! So yeah..
