This is a residential building with a number of flats located on the Staines Road in Hounslow just behind the Shalimar Hotel and Kwik Fit. The area was quiet at the time of visiting but car parking is restricted to residents so visitors have to find space on the Staines Road or other nearby roads. Entry to the building is through a secure door. Unfortunately many residents complain of a very dirty smell that often comes through into the flats and although a year or more has passed, the owners of the building have not been able identify the cause and eliminate it. It is expected that rats or other animals have died within the wall cavity. Anyone thinking of buying a flat in this building or perhaps even in nearby buildings belonging to the same landlord should think again, especially if they have young children.
