Artwood Apt used to be really nice places; there big and spacious inside, insulated for heat to stay in as well keeps sound from travelling to your neighbour. There are some who dont care to keep there place looking good; It the few, and they know who they are that don't care if the place looks nice cause they prefer to live like pigs that's the truth. Its disgusting and a dam shame the rest suffer for the few.
