You are forced to send £200 deposit and a copy of your passport to some dodgy site in order to get a code to enter your accommodation.
You will never see any staff. If you have any issue, they will be no one to help you. They don't reply quickly so basically you will receive an answer by the time you've already checked out. And when they answer, it's some basic ready scripts that they send to everyone.
The door is locked with a 3- or 4-digit code. It's super easy to break in, so you and your luggage are not safe.
Studios are not well cleaned, very mouldy (it's a basement) without windows.
Very thin wall, you can hear every single noise from your neighbours.
Last but not least, you will have to chase them for a month for them to send you back your £200 deposit.
The only good point is the location. But that's all.
