They promise me refund but refuse to pay after our holiday and they use my credit card to book air tickets with out my knowledge ,,Believe it is fraud

This company is a scam and should be ashamed, what's more wowcher use this company, they should be disgusted and remove them. Booked a holiday through wowcher, have to call the company deluxe to book. This company couldn't get our names/number correct and would not honour the holiday. Please do not use wowcher for a holiday abroad, wowcher does not inform you if the company before hand.
