I have an elderly relation that has lived behind #Evolve" who's life was made a misery along with her elderly neighbours by people who stay here, so I had a preconceived ideas of what to expect for my 11 year old son and I, I was pleasantly surprised, the staff were amazing, helpful, cheerful and very easy to get on with, I want to thank them immensely, but I can understand the neighbouring residents upset by seeking the way some of the other People staying at "Evolve" are, my son was a bit scared because of the first two residents we encountered, we would love to say a massive thanks to the staff for their help and kindness

They placed my friend here and she had a terrible experience while she was here. The other residents are scary and bullies! Every time I used to visit her I felt intimidated and frightened and there was always police called as the other residents used to fight and the staff couldn’t control them!

My support worker Matthew is brilliant. All the staff have great quality’s. some of them have saved my life. Sometimes I can be very difficult to deal with but that’s my own insecurities and issues which I shouldn’t put on them. I really am sorry if iv hurt anyone’s ones feelings.
