I arrived from a long ferry journey to Dover this morning and made sure to book this hotel due to the advertisement of early check in. On their website on multiple platforms it clearly states the check in time is 00:00. Exhausted we arrived at 7am only to encounter the rude owner who was nothing short of miserable and claimed the room was already taken by someone else despite a valid confirmation of booking. She then proceeded to hang up and tell me to essentially do one :) avoid.

Nice place to stay, you'll find in the room everything you might need, clean and modern

It's okay but could be a bit more cleaner. (dust on the wardrobe, window seals, towel rail)

Renata is lovely but unfortunately it's not a 3 star, more like a 2.5 star. The bed in Room 1 is not great at all as they forgot to take off the last roller foot so I was sleeping on a slanting mattress and this gave me back ache. The window had so many flies hovering outside so we couldn't really open the window to let fresh air in. The room smelt of damp and lots of thick spider webs outside the window. The remote didn't work so that was annoying. Its not worth £59 a night. Premier Inn is more comfortable and I remember paying £35 a night back in the day. The Shower was OK but not the cleanest. The night side light didn't work either. I would not visit again, not even for 1 night.

Stayed for one night, relativelly cheap, there is parking for 3 cars (has to be requested) although there were no cars parked there that day, one Tesla charging point. Room on a smaller side, but had provided towels, shower gel/shampoo attached to the wall. Tea/coffee facilities provided, self-checking, we had to ring up the number next to door bell as we didnt receive instructions how to enter from Bookings.com, but the lady was helpful, after checking our details she talked us through how to get in and for our keys. Walking distance to local shops, few good car parks in town centre. Bathroom could do with refreshing, but did the job. If you drive, there is a pentrol station a few yards away down the road.

great place to stay. clean, great customer service. four stars due to the view being of a car park, and no facilities for storing bikes. Still, great choice if you need somewhere to stay
