Albion Nights

We stayed at Albion Nights as our first 'off grid' adventure. The cabin is beautifully made with such great attention to detail. The bed is big and comfy and on a clear night you'd be able to see the stars through the velux window above. We enjoyed walking around the meadow, listening to the sounds of nature, and spending time in the outside area. The breakfast hamper was well equipped and delicious. The composting toilet is a genius invention as is the bathroom in general. Really quirky features in and around the cabin. We can't wait to stay again and make use of the outdoor bath tub! Great hosts, would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful and magical place. Surrounded by nature, birds, deer, owls, peacocks and beautiful a night sky. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need, the bed is very comfortable and there is always plenty of hot water for a steamy bath on the decking on a cold dark night! We thoroughly recommend this place for resting, relaxing and switching off from the daily grind.

We have just left (reluctantly) this truly magical place…. A perfect off grid cabin to really switch off, unwind and get back to nature. Walk through your own wood, and across a beautiful meadow to find your cosy cabin waiting for you.. The cabin is simple, yet so so comfy…. So many features, but the wonderful big bed, piping hot shower, wood burner, hammock and porch are my favourites. AND the outside bath.. Bathing outside under the stars is not to be missed! Thank you so much Helen and Pete, we will be back for sure !

What a fantastic trip away! The cabin was so cute and very well looked after. Anything we needed, Helen was there to help us out! Despite the cold of December, the wood burner and outdoor bath kept us warm. We received all possible necessities (including a little bit of gin) and couldn’t be more thankful, 100% recommend

Absolutely loved the cabin and all it had to offer! We visited just after the December frost arrived but the insulation and log burner was so good we were never cold - had a very nice hot shower too! Helen was a lovely host and left little treats around the place to discover. Will definitely come back in future! Px

We had a brilliant weekend at Albion Nights. The cabin is beautifully tucked away in the woods and provides everything you need for a real tranquil break from the city or wherever you may be coming from. Helen was a great host, ensuring we had everything we needed. The cabin and log burner kept us warm all weekend whilst the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy plenty of home cooked food. The area has some great restaurants however. Would recommend a car if you want to go explore some of the walks in the surrounding villages.

Had such a relaxing stay here. Helen was the most thoughtful host. A perfect getaway from everyday life.

Just back from our second trip this year to Albion Nights. Such a hidden gem in a stunning part of Norfolk. Off grid, you walk through a small forest and a field to get there. The cabin is in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees and overlooking a large pond complete with lily pads, ducks and dragon flies.

We love sitting on the veranda just enjoying the view and the sounds. The shower and the outside bath are just magical and you cannot be cosier than pulling the armchairs up to the roaring fire.

We booked the secret sauna whilst we were there and that was incredible - getting as hot as possible and then swimming in the river to cool down - serious endorphin rushes!

Every little detail has been thought of by Helen and we love the sustainable design. We shall be back soon for trip 3! Thank you xxx
