We booked a short break with Pembrokeshire Net Let in Tenby,not sure what to expect. We were over the moon with the Apartment we rented. The place was clean and tidy and fantastic views of South Beach. We now try and book twice a year now with Penny as we love Tenby and they have some fantastic pet friendly properties which is a must for us having 2 small dogs. We looking forward to holidaying in 2018 with Pembrokeshire NetLet.

We had 10 days in August in the penthouse at smokehouse quay. The apartment was fabulous and the support from Paul and Penny was phenomenal. Paul even took the trouble to pop in and meet us. What a lovely man! Would thoroughly recommend.

Penny , Paul and the team are like a breath of fresh air. We have been staying at their properties in Tenby for the last four years , twice some years. When I explain we never go back - it says it all. Their attention to detail is exemplary. Nothing appears too much trouble and they actively want to make our stays memorable. I can’t recommend Pembrokeshire Netlets strongly enough. They are a great example of how it should be done and quite frankly put the larger Companies to shame .
Our dog knows our holidays there as “Tenby Home “ Now as that’s how it feels to us .

My previous experience of letting a property was a nightmare, but the team at netlet have taken away all the stress and worry of letting our property. Recently a guest described the property as 'crackling with cleanliness' such sums up why returning to the house is no longer filled with dread.

Top quality holiday let's and hosting service , in a league of their own , they have some wonderful properties in the Tenby area , have stayed at Waterstone House and have had a wonderful experience would highly recommend

I cannot fault this company in anyway. We were booked to stay in one of their superb properties in May half term but unfortunately due to the Covid-19 restrictions in place we are unable to go. Netlet UK have been superb in answering my emails and have refunded our money without any trouble. We hope to be booking with them again once things are back to normal. I would not hesitate recommending this company to family and friends.

We booked a clean after having a busy time with visitors and life in general. We arrived home after the clean to the most wonderful smell from their products and our house was gleaming. The cleaners were very well presented in their uniform and extremely respectful. I think we need to make it a more regular booking. Well done Netlet and thank you for sending us the Dream Team 😊

I can only comment on NetLet's customer service and it's certainly 5 stars from me. My parents recently stayed at The Oaks to celebrate their wedding anniversary. I contacted Lesley at NetLet to see if they could organise a surprise gift for their arrival. With only two days notice Lesley and Sophie organised a little hamper of wine, chocolates, flowers, rose petals and a hand written card. My parents were so surprised and touched by it, and had a wonderful stay. Thank you!
