Stayed over New Year, found lots of dead flies, butterflies littering the carpets in bedroom. Clearly hadn't been cleaned in a good week or so at least (maybe since the summer?!). Lots of dust which aggrevated the asthmatics amongst our party (kids and adults). Internet had less than 1MB down/s which meant no streaming netflix etc from our Firesticks. (There is a bit of 4G though) Luckily we took games consoles for kids entertainment. Kitchen had no egg cups, no sieve. Not quite enough cutlery for us all at dinner time. Just feels a little bit run down and little bit uncared for. The hot water tank bust on the second day and they were really good at getting it fixed the following day and loaning us keys to a property that was part building site down the road that had a working shower to tide us over. I had to personally go round and vent/bleed all the upstairs radiators though as families were still sleeping when they arrived.
Pool table only got one cue, seen better days. IT gets 4 stars because of the speed of the hot water repair, the location is lovely with Aberffraw beach not far away and it was cheap. hope Boltholes give it some TLC and it will be absolutely perfect.

Really lovely big house and a great place to stay. The WiFi is not very good when lots of people are in the house. This is why it's not 5 stars

Beautiful holiday cottage, sleeps 14. Large house, lovely location and grounds in Anglesey. 10 mins to the beach.
