The Caravan was very clean but there was a problem with the board covering the fold away bed, it kept collapsing! But it was repaired very quickly. The seating was made of very thin foam so not very comfortable. I did ask for a few cushions but they didn't give any so ended up using pillows from the bedroom. The toilet smelled of cigarettes which obviously the cleaners tried to get rid of but cigarette smoke can linger even after cleaning. Apart from the above all good. I thought the staff were very professional and the Caravan park was clean and well run. Enjoyed my stay apart from some minor niggles.

We have been coming here for a mini family holiday for the past 4 years and love it. Staff are brilliant and entertainment for small kids is excellent. Site is kept clean and tidy. There is a great indoor pool with water slide which is well looked after and attended. Bar is great and although a bit over priced it's expected at resorts like this. Overall love it here and will keep returning.

Broken caravan park Dean Holiday Park was really nice, and very clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. Borth was a nice place but unless you like walking or sitting on a stoney beach, there's not much else I saw to do, there's a nice cafe/ restaurant there, and a couple of shops, there's life guards there all the time aswell which is good because there quite a few people on surf boards.

My own van. So was relaxing and peaceful! Would have been nicer if Park Resorts hadn't ripped my hydrangea bushes out by the root's after me spending a lot of money out trying to make it look nice? Apparently they prefer ugly chips of slate to flowers? Planks!

Faulty boiler forced an upgrade at no extra charge, lovely unit, nice and warm inside while it rains like Cats and Dogs 😊
