Absolutely stunning accomodation and wonderful experience. Location is remote but a stone's throw from so many towns and places of interest it's actually a perfect location. We enjoyed the downstairs area a lot and opening up the main doors connects you to the nature eight outside. It's stunning. There's an amazing walk right opposite with some of the most breathtaking scenery I've ever seen in Britain. The accomodation is fully kitted out with everything you could possibly need and aesthetically it's quite the marvel. Bravo and thanks Nigel 👍

Perfect location for a group.of wild women to walk, talk, swim, kayak and paddleboard. Oh and eat and drink too!

The quirky styling of the shipping containers that were the basis of Ty Cwch's accommodation was right up our street.

The toilet was quirky, the water in the showers were wonderfully hot and (even the outdoor ones) plentiful,

Location was stunning!

Communication with Nigel was excellent.

A place for laughter and games and belly laughs!

Our stay was care free from the moment we arrived. From the prompt tesco delivery on arrival, the well equipped kitchen and the beautiful location, helped along with 5 days of beautiful weather. We explored the coastal path from our door and were blessed with a pod of dolphins passing the bay on our final morning. Thanks also to the locals for their help and making us welcome. The containers are a genius idea and we couldn't recommend more highly.

Recently stayed here with 11 of my friends so we had the whole place to ourselfs, by far one of the most amazing places we've stayed, every year we try a different spot and so far this is the only place we would love to come back to, plenty of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and showers offer a good level of privacy unlike some other places we've stayed at haha. The beach is a 30 second walk and it doesn't seem to get very busy which is fantastic, there's plenty of amazing walking paths around that offer incredible views, I can't recommend this place enough, the locals are friendly and the bedrooms are comfortable, you get a nice view from each window.
The value is fantastic aswell for what you get, I really can't fault this place, will definitely be looking at coming back.

We are just back from a fabulous weekend at Ty Cwch. We booked the whole place for a family celebration and all loved it. The shared living space is brilliant and worked for adults, children (ranging from 4 -16!) and two dogs, even when it rained it worked. A stones throw from a beautiful bay, we kayaked, swam, walked, body boarded, and were lucky to see two seals in the bay!
The hot showers were welcome after the sea, and the sleeping pods are warm and dry .. highly recommend such a beautiful spot.

Wow! We had such a remarkable stay! We fit three families, 6 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room for us to share meals and enjoy the cabin. The location was amazing with amazing views. The pods and bed were quiet and comfortable. We loved the local beach and cafe. The coastal walk from the local beach is one of the most stunning walks I’ve ever done. The kids were able to hike it as well. We couldn’t have had a better time. One of our favorite trips.

What a fabulous place:

Ty Cwch boat house, New Quay.

- Loads of space in social area.
- little lounge is great at night.
- Heaters really warmed it up.
- Beds comfy and rooms warm.
- all you could need re cooking utensils etc.
- showers strong and warm.

(Take slippers tho)

There are some ace walks and great close beaches, stony beaches but great for exploring.

We had great service from the owner Nigel and he kept in touch regarding changes with COVID at all times.

We hired the entire place, not sure how I would of felt sharing though (if we’d just booked 1 pod) but was great value for the space we had.

Remote location but literally 1 minute from the beach.

Basically we all had a great holiday and all loved it!
Thanks Becky

We loved our stay here. We were 3 families and there was plenty of room for us all. The beds are comfy, the shower is good and the kitchen really well-equipped. It’s in the most beautiful part of the world..we enjoyed walks right from the door (especially to Llangranog) as well as a dolphin spotting boat trip from New Quay and local gin tasting…and there really are seals in the local bay:)
