I ordered inks from them 22nd December it cam on the 8th Jan 2021. Whoever typed the address from the .ebay site. My Name Mike fairclough typed Gairclough adress should be 33 New Road, typed Mew Road.should be Oundle Peterborough PE84LB typed LondonW10 4AAA..
What a brilliant Royal Mail found me 10 days later. I spent hours trying to find the parcel ,my money went out of Pay Pal, with the wrong address. but Ebay had no trace of it.. You ever tried to get sense out of them when you have the right details well multiply that by 10.
Sack the clerk who does the postage labels please .

Declared parcel delivered whenit has not been. Have phone numbers that just cut you off be aware of this poor service

Brought some clothes from the pibkladys99 shop . Wrong description on the eBay ads. Only offered me a 10% refund . I declined. I expected a full refund . Regardless, they don't care . I have to waste my own money to return items . Never again

Make sure you use eBay customer service to enforce they send the correct return label (for the product that they Amazon drop ship anyway). Cheap Chinese product.

This is a shipping company, not a commodity buying and selling company, and in my opinion a very good partner.

Yeah, fired for self isolating as instructed one day prior to my isolation period coming to an end so I'll say what I know despite this being the agency's own doing.

I have never seen that many boxes get thrown in my life. Masks were pretty much unused also, however when the Chinese people higher up in the business turned up, everyone suddenly put them on because the (virtually non existent) Chinese management are the only people enforcing safety measures. The immensely arrogant and useless management (supervisors) in place also ended up being frog marched out of the building for fraud, after selling items either damaged or missing from shipments to employees (when instructed to give them for free) and pocketing the money for themselves.

Honestly as someone who has been in their warehouse, I recommend you think first before considering using this company's services.

No phones allowed inside, so no evidence. Just peek through the bay doors from the road if in doubt though.

(Jan 2022) Seems that they don't like photographers now. Funny considering I am one. Wonder if they like loud bikes too... Might have to go take some photos of the bikes.

An absolute disgrace of a company. Staff accosting members of the public filming on PUBLIC land and being completely disrespectful to them.
Not only that but now they are trying to silence these members of the public by having the interaction removed from the forum.
Guess what, it's been viewed by thousands already and by the looks of some recent comments that the fallout will be become apparent.

This was a great opportunity for the MD/CEO to better public relations but instead decides to do the opposite.

The hope is now that you will be frequently visited by similar members of the community.

Staff very unhelpful and attitude problem would not work there again far more better places and descent people
