Appalling service.

Couldn't deliver my parcel on time, re schedule the delivery, cancel the delivery because apparently my address was missing? The wast 3 day no one is come

Impossible to make sense out of the customer service, I am going to the depot to collect my parcel today since the delivery seems useless.

By the look of things, and reading the other reviews, you need to make serious changes. I am surprised companies wants to do business with you. I won't buy anything again from anyone who is associated with UPS.
Really this company have the most bad service in the world.

UPS has in this past week switched our area "Cheshunt" from proper UPS drivers to some agency network as a permant switch, we are a collection point and the service has been absolutley awful, drivers some times turn up if they feel like it in day hire vans, no uniforms so pretty much anyone could be taking the parcels if your lucky enough for someone to bother showing up at all, spending hours on hold to be feed absolute drivl as to why they have not arrived but may well do at somepoint in the evening. UPS seriously need to look into why they have taken away the areas proper UPS employees and replaced them with what I can only assume are Ex-hermes drivers, UPS is meant to be a premium brand. Not any more if you live in the EN postcodes. Rubbish.

Received a delivery notification yesterday that my package would be delivered between 11.30 and 13.30 yesterday. It never arrived. I again looked at the package’s progress this morning. The package arrived at their Watford depot at 03.45 today. The package was due today during the same time slot and didn’t arrive.
I called UPS ad was told that there was a problem at the depot yesterday that’s why it couldn’t be delivered. Not surprisingly if it hadn’t yet arrived. So why did the operator lie???
I’ve been told it’s on it’s way and should be here before 7pm today. What’s the use of having time slots if you can’t make them???
Another day wasted. Not surprised at their low ratings.

1* star is to much for this Company , they deserve 0*, I called the office in the morning they promised someone would collect my item today 4pm , later they called that the driver left and he forgot to take the label and will come tomorrow, already 2 weeks waiting to return my item and keep give us a date and nobody show up … uwful

Your service is disgraceful. I am signed up to UPS MyChoice, you claim you tried to deliver a parcel and noone was in which is untrue. You marked the first delivery as a second attempt as reflected on your own system. You did not leave a card to reflect the delivery attempt.

You made a second attempt to deliver and marked it as the final attempt. I scheduled the redelivery for Friday 27th January 2022. I waited at home all day and did not go to work. I called customer service 4 times through the day and was assured there would be a delivery but there wasn't.

When I complained on twitter you said the depot tried to contact me. How and when? You claim it would be delivered on Monday and it has no delivery date.

How could the delivery be in clearance after being out for delivery twice? I have called a total of eight times and tried to contact in every way possible. I cannot get through to anyone in Watford and have no idea what has happened to my parcel!

Checked online it was open, it was. Turned up, it was open inside so I speak to the reception. Apparently the manager Maciej had decided that on the 31st of December UPS Standard customers were not good enough to deliver their parcels there and they would only take express. Well since I travelled 25 minutes to get there and had a 25 minute journey home this was annoying, as my parcel value was £1000 I had to drop it at the customer centre I literally could not drop it elsewhere as it needed the customer centre to sign the receipt for it. The staff at the desk were nice but what an awful terrible management decision and attitude from UPS that I as someone who sends about 20 parcels a month with UPS is treated differently because I send with UPS standard and that their Watford manager clearly does not care about me. I asked to speak to the supervisor, they had gone early, then I asked for their manager and there was no one there! Just the poor reception. Terrible really!!! Here are my parcels just sat outside. There were literally people coming in when I was there who got turned away because we are UPS standard all I wanted to do was drop a parcel. Now you wasted my time, 50 minutes total today and you will waste me another 50 minutes when I have to go again. Really poor show UPS Watford. Who does Maciej think he is to waste 50 minutes of my time like this!! The poor receptionist was getting slaughtered by all the customers who were turning up and couldn't drop their parcels!

If I could give the company 0 stars I would I ordered a very expensive pair of trainers for my husband it was meant to be delivered at 2pm on the 8th the parcel was also signature required due to the high value I received an email on the 8th at 6.47pm to say the item had been delivered with no signature no picture no proof of delivery . I knew the item was not delivered due to having a ring door bell and seeing no one had turned up to my house. It turns out the driver was from agency and has stolen my package only now have I received a refund

My package was stolen over the Xmas period, never using it again. Their claim service is appalling, haven't come up with anything for over a month. Been sending the same emails. Massive pain, requested a refund, yet to send it. Literally a nightmare.
