They handle overseas deliveries (such as Amazon US) over to Hermes. Most of the times they underpay the local carriers and as a result the parcels are returned to vendors as the carriers refuse to deliver! I have a parcel which is stuck in the tracking info (who knows where it actually is) for a week now and I will most probably never going to receive as it will end up back to Amazon USA. Great job jokers (y)

Appalling customer service! Their tracking tells you your parcel will be delivered before 8pm - so you wait in all day, then at 7.55 you get a message 'something went wrong it will be delivered within the next 5 days! surely they could tell you that before 7.55pm! - its day after day, I feel like a prisoner in my own house, scared now to miss them as they probably won't come back!

I ordered the Portable Salt Cave and received it on Sunday November 17th broken. I have contact the portable salt cave customer service and as of now have received no reply. I paid over $111 US dollars(I even paid $19.99 for express shipping) I want to return the damage item and get a Full Refund. can someone help me please. Thank you

I only have limited experience with this company, as an Amazon customer whose parcels were supposed to be delivered by them. Entering a tracking number takes you a site that reads like a Chinese translation("Tracking number in below online automatic tracker to view real time"). This takes you to another site that has no mention of tracking at all. To date, I'm hoping the parcels will eventually arrive.

I had ordered goods through a fruit and vegetable wholesaler for my wedding event in London. I had been in contact with the wholesaler and ordered in the timeframe that was advised to me.
I had received various updates about shipping and delivery dates, and all was looking smooth sailing until the day of the delivery. I received an email saying that the delivery was 'refused'.
I phoned our wedding organiser and she said that there had been no contact from Hoxloe logistics, and there had been no attempt to make the delivery. I phoned Huxloe logistics - nothing. I phoned them half an hour later - nothing. I phoned them another half an hour later - nothing. You get the picture!
What really pi$$ed me off was that there was NO contact! It was the day before my wedding day, and I could have made alternative arrangements. But I had no way of knowing that the delivery was not going to go ahead, I had no warning, I was given no notice. I couldn't get through on the phone, and I had no explanation.
It's a shocking way to do business, and I'm surprised that they still have business.

Just on Kettering North industrial estate opens at 8am. Make sure you have a hux number. Good loading and unloading staff very helpful and professional and covid aware. Facilities are OK

I have been working on this place few months. Co-workers are great and also the team leader. I worked very well there. Although they only paid £9.50 an hour, the work was less demanding. Several times I had overworked 46 hours a week, so I asked the agency if it was possible to pay me for overtime. The lady from the agency told me that I should talk to my supervisor about it. So I asked and she promised to ask the company manager. I can say that at the beginning of the work, the supervisor was very polite and willing to help me with my work and always willing to listen to me. But she was very mean to another worker (team leader) and humiliated him in front of everyone for no reason. At first I ignored it, but after I asked to be paid for overtime, the supervisor started behaving unprofessionally and towards me. She called my agency behind my back and the affair began. I expected that they would try to help me at work as well as at the agency. I was without an answer for several days. But after about a few weeks, the lady from the agency came to my place of work and instead of talking to me normally in the presence of the supervisor, she started raising her voice at me. And the supervisor was hiding at that time because she probably didn't have a clear conscience. Unprofessional behavior on the part of the agency as well as the supervisor. At the end of my comment, I advise you to avoid this company, not because of the workers, because they are great, but because of the fake two-faced supervisor. She does not value a good worker and lies behind your back.

"Your parcel was refused as the contact name was not recognised". Funny that, home all day waiting. Shocking. Avoid at all costs, you will not get your packages at all.
