Quite comfortable lounge. With a small selection of food and drinks. Free WiFi and friendly staff. For a small airport i am very happy.

Arrived at 7pm, very limited food available and staff were noisily clearing up and setting up for breakfast tomorrow. Drinks, TV and charging points all good but very disappointed with food/snacks

Very quiet and clean, with a good selection of food and drinks for such a small airport.

Compared to the old pics. I think it has been refurbished. Really nice place. Odd location in the airport. Pretty decent food and drinks.

2019 March update: now that I knew where it was, I could reach the lounge easily. They have redone the interiors. More comfortable sofas now.

Arrived at 0530 and was the first one to enter. Swift access by my lounge key. Turns out a guest charges to your lounge key card is cheaper than to pay for them as a walk-in. Will remember that next time I’m travelling with someone.

Lounge was clean and tidy, ready for the day. Warm breakfast was ready on buffet. Crockery etc laid out but porridge bowls missing. Didn’t ask for it but I’m sure the helpful staff would’ve brought out some if asked.

Bar has been redone. Did it try it out so early in the morning.

WiFi - the breath of fresh air for electronic devices - is accessible either using the free service, valid for 4 hours after registration, or you can use the code prominently displayed within the lounge.

Newspapers arrived around 0615. Departure board visible from most places.

Good lounge considering the airport and city served.

Have increased rating from 4/5 to 5/5 in this review.

2017 Review: Takes time to locate. Friendly staff. Decent variety of food, beverages and alcoholic drinks. Silent zone, need to keep an eye on the departure display. Quiet, secluded. Work tables with AC plug points and high stools available to continue working.
Rated 4/5 in this review.

Friendly receptionist named Sebastian was helpful and explained what was available. Unfortunately, the attitude of the waitress and the variety of food available was decidedly average. Perhaps I am old fashioned, however, customer service does not include being questioned why you didn’t like the choice of gin available- only Gordon’s s and the poor Britvic tonic. Also, we were criticised for changing where we sat to eat once the very small portions of food came out. At least the Guinness was cold and as I helped myself I didn’t get told off by the grumpy waitress!

I haven't flown from Southampton for years and was lucky enough to get free entry to the lounge as I was flying Club Europe with British Airways.

It's lovely peaceful surroundings are complimented by friendly and help staff. The menu varies depending on the time of day you're travelling. It has everything you would expect from a Business Class lounge in a smaller airport. Even if you have to pay to enter it's certainly worth it.

Have visited the lounge on many occasions and found it a haven after travelling some distance to catch my flight
Very disappointed to find that it only opens on Saturday and Sunday
I have a paid for lounge pass so why is it closed so much?
This needs or be addressed
