Firwood Timber

Firwood is usually my first option, but I find it quite frustrating that the website doesn't have an online shop to allow me to browse products and purchase for delivery without sending messages back and forth or visiting a yard. I realise you're mainly set for trade but when it's accessible to public it makes no sense.

A breath of fresh air! Called this morning just after nine for a load of building materials, a happy helpful man dealt with my enquiry. An equally happy colleague processed payment chatting away. We was expecting delivery within next few days but we received a phone call 2 hours later and an equally happy driver dropped off our order. No fuss, nothing too much trouble, how it should be 🙂 Happy customers, recommended. Thank you Burscough team 👍

Went to Firwood today, the chap that served me went above and beyond to help me. He arranged to have my wood cut so that it would fit in the car to save me delivery fees. Great friendly staff, and good service.my go to place for all my DIY, thanks lads.

Disapointed with delivery,which arrived one day early the required date was on the invoice .This caused the elderly lady much distress especially because it was left on her front lawn. surgest before goods are delived dispatch check there notes.
