I highly recommend this company very competitive prices, extremely polite staff, and very good service not to mention the quality of there goods. Cant say enough good things about this company. Had multiple deliveries from them and not 1 problem even when i had misjudged the amount of wood I needed rang them up and asked if they could possibly deliver just 7 more pieces of wood, and they put it on the next lorry out had them within the hour. Now thats what i call service would highly recommend to anybody. Thank you guys keep up the good work. :)

Very busy during this pandemic and collection slot was slow but eventually got a collection day and time. Upon arrival I could see how undermanned and busy they were but the lady that works there was very polite, happy, friendly and a grafter which made the task so easy and welcome.

For a pretty new company I would say they have Greatly progressed with delivery & service times over the past few months with polite and helpful staff. I will continue to use timbuild.

Products say ‘Sale’ but when you shop around at other places in the Bridgend area those ‘sale’ prices are way more expensive than other companies regular prices for the exact same products. Very misleading, pays to shop around online at other merchants in the Bridgend area!
