Good, clean, quick

I wanted to change a £10 note for two £5 so my children could spend their pocket money in the shop. My request was met with total disdain; "we have to pay for our change so why should change I yours?"
Result : two upset children and custom lost forever. Disgraceful.
I read today that they have signed contracts for the Post Office, I can only hope that training in customer relations is invested in as well.

To the lady who attended me this morning at the post office: thank you for the affection, tenderness and specially for the patience. You see, I am able to communicate in English most of the time, but today I had this kind of problem with the listening comprehension (you see, sometimes we are not having a good day...) but I am glad you were so kind to me and at any moment lost your temper. Thank you.
