As others have said, the owners here are really really rude. Their general stock is overpriced (£8 for a small bag of compost?? Lidl round the corner sells bigger bags for half the price!).They do not handle collect plus returns as the website advertises - it took two visits to get a bar code printed, and then they tried to sell us £5 cello tape - so it's not free returns at all. It's cheaper to pay the post office Will be contacting collectplus to complain about this shop. It's a joke. Update: for others, email your complaints to [email protected]

This is the most useless store on earth. The guy running it is extremely unfriendly and rude. All he is after is money. He prints a label for a package (to collect money for himself) and then refuses to accept it and do his duty. It’s ridiculous and he insists that he does not accept stuff because it leaks (etc) even when properly packed. It’s a shrewd and money hungry business - never go there...The owner should be kicked out of his place...All they are doing is using this store to evade taxes and launder money

If you can go elsewhere, you should - really unhelpful when it comes to CollectPlus services. They’ll print the label for you but then tell you you have to take the parcel away, stick the label on and come back the next day.

As others have said, they refuse to take certain Collect Plus parcels and are very rude and abrupt to customers. I would advise avoiding this store.

Terrible store, refues to give me my parcel even though yodel said I would be able to collect it with a code. Very rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs!

Disgraceful. I have tried to post return packages here numerous times only to be met with “system not working”, or “we only accept packages before 1pm” or some other excuse. Not very helpful when I’ve lugged the box 15 minutes to get it here… either the unluckiest store in town, or just obtuse people running the place!
