This place really is grim, dirty smelly and overpriced.
Everything they sell is 10-20% more expensive than other shops.
I swear if newspapers didn't have a price on the top he would charge more than face value if he could.
Threadbare worn out flooring, paint and varnish peeling, yellowing fixtures, it's awful.
Instead of fixing up his business the guy sits out front reading a newspaper.
