On two occasions I arranged for online orders to be delivered here through Collect Plus. Both times I received emails confirming the packages had been delivered here but each time they couldn’t find the package, with no explanation. Extremely rude service and cannot be relied upon. Will no longer have packages delivered here.

Came here to send off a Yodel parcel. Very helpful & friendly even when I had an issue with the barcode. Will be using them again!!

Worst service I’ve ever came across, rude and couldn’t care less. I was trying to send a parcel and they turned me off three times. They don’t even deserve one star. There’s another shop 2 minutes away from that one and they’re so much better, friendly, helpful and they print the mail label for you.

Same as the other reviews. Rude service, went out of their way to make the process of collecting a parcel difficult. Forced me to contact the sender just so they could tell the staff to give me the parcel. Ridiculous.

Worst place to have your amazon parcels collected. Unable to keep track of your parcels and will end up losing them altogether. Went back to check several times as amazon stated it was at this store and they always tell me its never arrived. Wasnt even able to get a refund for my parcels. Dont send any parcels to this particular store. Deceivable people working there!!

I made a payment from my 1 card here. I deposited money on my other card. And after a very short time, money took from both my cards without my knowledge. I had to change my cards and I suffered a lot. I will never go through the door of this place again.

Similar experience to previous reviews. Hermes parcel went back to sender bc they refused to take it. Don’t deliver anything here.
