News on the Wharf 5

These mugs refused my Collect+ delivery twice! Why have the service if you're going to refuse deliveries?? Now have to rearrange a delivery elsewhere and wait even longer for my parcel.

Good location. Most of the team are helpful. Tried to drop off some UPS packages and the 2 men gave loads of excuses why we should not - yet the NISA about 0.6Km were happy to help out.

Chinese or Philippines Miss EXTREMELY Arrogant !!! She trying refuse collecting prepay parcel. Avoid this Collection + place.

The Far Eastern lady is extremely rude. I went to drop 3 parcels and she was not happy. My bad, I didn't realise there was a restriction on how many parcels I could drop off!! I've read other reviews of people stating the same experience, I'm surprised she is still there. She now recognises me, and I experience the same unpleasant, unwelcoming behaviour on every visit.

Quick service for UPS dropoff (sms or email receipt). Unfortunately no Hermes dropoff at this location. Location of News of the Wharf 5 is next to James Shoe Care.

Visited 02 Jan around 12:30 at noon. A very grumpy and rude attitude from the lady at the store. Needed a UPS return she goes do you want SMS messages, I go no not needed she goes fine, then I ask for the receipt she goes "I told you if you want SMS that's it now I can't give you a receipt". Is this a joke? Lady at the store firstly do your job correctly explain what is this SMS does Vs a receipt second fix your rude attitude you are not an army general your job is customer interaction it's basic enough why affect someone else's mood with your poor attitude when the customer is polite and friendly.

Don't use this space as a drop off because I lost 3 boxes with them.
How don' t know what they do with the boxes, but they disappear from there and they never know anything about that, blaming the couriers and not their job responsibility.
