Honestly, this place is a joke. The women that work here have minimal customer service. Barely any kindness at all. Shame because the male who works there is decent. They think that being cold won't affect business, I can tell you it will.

New owners are unfriendly (particularly the woman who never smiles and always makes me feel like a shoplifter). A shame since this has been my local for 15+ years. Would much rather walk the extra 10 minutes to the parade or Brabazon.
