Lovely smile behind the counter. I have never been in this shop before but today after a terrible morning chasing different places to do a western union transfer I found this lovely lady who didn't just help me she actually made my day. I was quite upset after the way I was treated by Wivelsfield newsagent and Station road in Burgess Hill. Thanks for your time and your patient. I will, for sure, come back to your lovely shop.

After being subjected to very poor service at Wivelsfield Newsagent at Worldsend regarding Western Union I walked over to this shop.
I was met by a lovely lady at Lower Church Road Newsagents who handled the transaction whilst balancing her regular customers which is to be expected. There was another WU customer that had received the same poor level of service from Wivelsfield Newsagents today on WU as well as Station News in BH.
