I went to this place to pick up a package thru Doddle (like Amazon locker) and to say that the staff was unhelpful is an understatement. They couldn’t figure out how to search for my name on the shipping labels so I searched thru the packages myself. One of my packages was missing so I came back the next day and a different staff member was working there and finally helped.

If you don’t want to supply the necessary support services to maintain a secondary income stream for you business, then just stick to your primary business function

Dropped a DPD parcel off here, 3 days later it was still showing that it hadn't been picked up. I went to the shop and found the parcel behind the counter which they had forgotten about. Would have been fine if he had just apologised, but he told a heap of lies saying at one point that DPD had brought it back. Won't be using this place again.

Reasonable prices good customer service skills

Was ment to get package for Halloween party on Friday but shop was closed when it was supposed to be open

I use their parcel collection service, the owners are nice, never had any problem with amazon, dpd collection

Quite busy mini store but got at least 2 store attendants, so you won't have to wait too long.
Had my DPD parcel delivered there, picking it up was quick and without any issues

Not to far from where I live so that's handy
opens between 06.15 and 06.45 I get papers and magazines, also it's a mini mart so handy for every day foods and limited household things

Nice shop and friendly, there is a good selection of snacks & drinks.
