Northfield End Superstore

They are the rudest shop owners in Henley who I avoid like the plauge!!
I have no idea why they have a Paypoint facility when they HATE people using it so much!!! Myself and other mothers who live close by have had the same treatment......because we've asked to top up gas or electric without buying anything they've lied and said it's not working!! I know they've lied because I called Paypoint to check on numerous occasions. It bothers them so much that the last time I used the shop they had put up a sign saying they would only accept payment by card with a 50p charge for the Paypoint!! This is purely so that they make something from people using their shop for the Paypoint only!!! It doesn't cost them ANYTHING, they aren't charged for the transactions - I know because I've spoken to Paypoint about it!!! They purely hate it that people use it without buying anything. I often need to nip out for things that could be bought there but I would rather walk to Regatta wine where they are friendly and welcoming than use this local shop just around the corner!!!!

They have a wide variety of products available to buy, from newspapers to groceries. If they don't have a product you're looking for, ask them and they'll bring it in for you in the following week. Very very nice and friendly staff with amazing prices and offers. I would definitely recommend people to go to this shop if they're near by.

Small store, but helpful when you’re in a pinch. Prices are likely to be cheaper than most retailers but don’t go in expecting a specific product. I come in occasionally for a snack and drink on the go.

This store has everything you could ever want. The prices are very good, pleasant shoping environment and very nice and friendly stuff.

It should become the next Tesco's
