I understand the circumstances are tough at the minute, but please at least update your status to CLOSED. You have closed the shop in March - nearly 3 months ago, and still keep your Hours as OPEN and running. It's 2020 and You're a Collection Plus point and people rely on this service for deliveries. I've just had an important delivery bounce as the shop is obviously shut CLOSED and need to wait for a re-dispatch from the merchant.
