Awful customer service. The assistants are grumpy, miserable and verge on hostile. I was left wondering if they actually want my custom. On top of that, the shop has no facility for card payment. While the could be seen as quaint and quirky, it is actually considerably inconvenient, particularly as banks are leaving the town and taking away cashpoints.

It's primarily the only main newsagent in the centre of town and could do with competition to help them "up their game". Unfortunately, the town centre is gradually dying so that is unlikely to happen.

Still the same amazing toy shop i remember as a kid. The shop and staff are fantastic and the prices are sometimes cheaper than the online retailers. Plus so much more fun to take kids to a toy shop than sit infront a tablet.

I've spent a lot of money here buying my acrylic paints only to get home and find out they are no good don't buy the paints in the glass cabinet the constant lights on them make them explode so there no good I went back today as I needed more paint I explained what had happened there was no sorry no money off or money bk , I bought more paint off the shelf not the cabinet but the two women didn't care and was rude and said we will tell the management ???? Hello rude lady iv spent £30 on paint that's no good ?? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN TERRIBLE STAFF TERRIBLE MANOR VILE EVEN.
