Changed my delivery to collect from DO as more convenient. Bit awkward that the opening times have been reduced but it was easy to find the times out so I knew what to expect. Also what ID was needed.
Staff member was lovely & friendly & promptly got my packages for me.
Recommended option IF you can accept the way it works.

Can you please knock my door and give me my delivery rather than just posting a "something for you" with no time written on it? It's really obvious that you're just not bringing me my things because a piece of paper is easier to carry. Considering you're barely open long enough to call yourself a service can you please try to actually deliver the mail? Even if you have to take it from the office *all the way* to the recipient, bothersome i know. It'd be really awesome if you can do that in future.

Got home last week to find my mail hanging out of the letter box Soaking wet ! And it was my birthday card from my sister, didn't get the other one that was posted with it from my mother, in a brown envelope ? That had money inside 😡 and IV not had the one that my brother sent, been trying to complain about it no one is answering ??

Paul Tilbury the manager is the most unprofessional man you will ever encounter. This man has a terrible past, his attitude stinks, he speaks poorly to anyone who enters the building and because of this I refuse to even go there anymore, let alone bring any of my children, there are no safety measures for the public, members of staff have been physically abusive at times and the building looks like it was built in 1956.

I have tried various telephone numbers listed to ask a question but they are either unavailable or no longer in use. I am trying to find out why we haven’t received mail on our estate since Monday 10th August. I could understand if this was happening in the middle of the Covid problem, but I’ve spoken to other people who live locally and they haven’t had a problem with their mail at all. This happens regularly and is not good enough.

Why would you reduce hours so that anyone working in a school can't pick up their parcels until a weekend . Most working people can't make these hours .What were they thinking 🤔

Absolutely fuming! There are multiple signs on the door stating ROYAL MAIL: DO NOT FORCE ITEMS THROUGH THE DOOR (CAGE ON THE BACK) LEAVE IT IN THE OUTHOUSE IF IT DOESN'T FIT! .... so what do they do? And this isn't the first time.....force a Please Do Not Bend a4 envelope through, ripping it and its been forced that much they have pushed the screws and the cage off the door! Learn to read! If I don't get a call back from the manager I will be speaking with the next delivery person myself

Again no delivery!! Checked my ring camera guy was there 7 seconds no parcel in hand and already had the collection note written out..YOUR AN ABSOLUTE JOKE ! This the second time in as many months
