I ordered online a some socks and gloves which I'm using for cycling in wet conditions - those things are top of the line and I love them! I also would like to mention their service! It is outstanding and I'm grateful. I had the wrong size being delivered to germany, where I'm from, and they just replaced the pair of socks without any costs. Service people are very friendly and … yes please stay in the EU! :)

The waterproof socks are nice but it doesn't drain when you already have water inside. For an ultra marathon we had to cross a small river, the water inside the socks never drained and as a result I got many blisters.

Great customer service. I had to replace my hat and they were very helpful.

This is probably the most inept company I've ever dealt with. My order was a total nightmare. Much of it was due to the fact that although they claim to be in business in Canada, they ship their products from the UK and outsource their returns to a third part in Canada. Suffice it to say, I will NEVER buy from them again.

Gloves are waterproof. However they don't keep your hands warm!!!!
