Tried calling them, gave up after being in a queue for over 20 minutes (they also try to hide the geographical number).

On a £500 shower the cost cutting includes only supplying two screws to a bracket with 4 holes (confirmed in the instructions), and increasing use of plastic over proper chrome.

They also need to try fitting one of their designs - it's embarrassing to show a customer the covering plate is designed to sit 2 mm proud of the wall instead of flush.

Don't buy they Mira 10.8K showers, there is no warning on product description or box to say that it requires a very expensive upgrade (on the thousands) of fuse box and main Reyfield cutout to 100 AMP. I bought one from a B&Q and they didn't accept a return, I am going through a complaint process so at least they have to disclose this on their website. There is a danger that most households will swap a 8K (most common type of shower accepted by most fuse boxes in England) for a 10K without upgrading which can cause faults and be dangerous.

Fantastic customer service, brilliant engineer (Anthony), couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend Mira for how my issue was dealt with.

My Mira Platinum digital shower stopped working with 2 weeks left on it's 5 year warranty. Called customer service and booked in for a FREE warranty repair two days later. No quibbles. Excellent. Thanks!

Had a problem with our Mira Vigour with no water coming through and after talking to Shareen we discovered it was caused by an airlock. We love Mira showers and the customer service at the Cheltenham branch and Shareen herself are No. 1. Thank you again.

5 Star help and service from Alex at the Kohler Mira offices Cheltenham. I had bought two Mira Mode digital shower systems from a supplier in Leicester. Installed both. One worked fine, the other was letting water by permanently (Valve faulty?) Tried to contact supplier (several times) by phone & e-mail, no response. Finally contacted Mira who were so helpful. Alex fully understood the problem, sent out a new replacement part and within 48 hours I had replaced the faulty Valve and now had a shower which worked perfectly. Thank you so much Mira and especially Alex for being so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Have a guess as to which shower manufacturer I will be recommending in future?

I am so disappointed with this company the customer service is poor and I will continue to let everyone know how awful I’ve been treated.
Bought a shower that continues to leak no support useless

I've got all excited to post a review about Mira Showers 3 weeks ago and I do support everything I said, but my working place it's actually at Kohler Mira, which is at this address. So, I thought, I would post my most popular photo on Google Maps on here as well. I truly and highly recommend this brand, the quality and service are as high as can get and they have amazing products!
